Designed as a high-use rental home, Playin’ on the Ledge was created to feel welcoming, memorable, and comfortable while standing up to frequent use. The goal was to strike a thoughtful balance between visual impact and durability, ensuring the home photographed beautifully while remaining practical and easy to maintain.

A generous kitchen anchors the home, complemented by inviting living spaces, well-appointed bedrooms, and spa-like baths. The exterior was designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding red rock landscape, while the interior layers warm materials, comfortable furnishings, and a relaxed palette to create a space that feels both elevated and effortlessly livable.
